We need to have generic components for our Stock App (e.g. Jumbotron, Header, Footer, Carousel, Sign Up Form, Login Form). Since each of these could be their own issue, feel free to make a PR that ties back to this particular generic issue (e.g. feature/issue-31/carousel-generic)
