Support for non static IP #686

Please add option to auto discovery devices so static IP will not be required.

Auto discovery will only help finding the device for the first time.

If the IP will change, each time it will be seen as a new TV and it should be set up.

Why can't you setup a static IP? Trying to build a smart home where you don't have access to your router will result in a very unreliable "house"
