Problem

I'll put it straight, GRUB sucks. It's slow, it's hard to configure, and most of all, it's hard to repair when it breaks.

Proposal

I propose a switch to systemd-boot for all new installations of tauOS. We need to wait for ostreedev/ostree #1719 to resolve, but after that I see no reason to stay on GRUB.

There's been no movement on this, so it may need to wait until v2
