Tauri launchpad uses Tauri to communicate to a webkit-based front-end and acts as a control panel / launcher for Running a Tari node, wallet and/or miner. This commit includes * A very basic Vue.js frontend * Code for pulling Tari docker images * Code for configuring a LAN for node, wallet and miners to commuicate * Sets up Tor, with ephemeral, secure password authentication. * Wallet, SHA3 miner, XMRig and MM proxy can be spun up. * Logs get pushed to the front-end via events. You can interact with the node using something like Kreya to get the raw gRPC responses from docker.
* Linux and Mac has different mount paths. This provides that colour. I assume Windows will be the same as Mac, but will have to see. * Print error messages to backend and Tauri console.
