Hello, I was trying to run the
quickstartnotebook that can be found here but I am receiving aKeyErrorfromPandas😞Please check this gist out for the traceback
Problem description
The
simobject created while using the command given below :This code is not being executed properly leading to a
Pandas'KeyErrorwhich can be found here. I have reinstalled Tardis indevelopas well asinstallmode to check if it's a problem with single or both versions & also recreatedconda envso as to check if it's a dependency issue. But this does seem so to be related to the way the config file is accessing the dataset, downloaded via the previous commands. 🤔Expected Output
This code should run as expected from the
quickstartnotebook. Please advise if it's an issue from my configuration (using defaulttardis_example.ymlconfig file), machine or is it something of from the development version 🤔If it can be dealt with, I may shoot a PR after the correct guidance 😉
