Get rid of as many legacy code, components, libraries, and dependencies as possible to lean down the monorepo & projects, and simply things to make the DX more efficient and focused.

• Check for unused dependencies
• Remove legacy libraries under the libs/ folder, see if there's any that isn't used anymore
• Check for outdated or unused components, or those that are no longer needed due to scope or technical approach changes (ex. restaking allocation modals)
