[TASK] Blueprint Registration Custom Args

Description

Implement optional views that allows operators to configure custom settings during the registration process for certain Blueprints. Some Blueprints may require operators to input specific parameters or configurations based on the service's requirements. These custom configurations should be presented to the operator before the finalization of the Blueprint registration step.

@AtelyPham we shouldn't need this beyond multi-selecting blueprints to register for (really pre-register) and calling the pre registration extrinsic for all of them (no configuration necessary for now).
