I would like to propose the addition of framework guide for integrating Tailwind CSS with ASP.NET Core and Blazor. Currently, there is a lack of official documentation or dedicated resources for users looking to seamlessly integrate Tailwind CSS with these technologies.

Hey! Thanks for this suggestion. No one on our team uses .NET or Blazor, but we'd be open to a pull request that adds a Blazor guide like this, as long as it follows the same pattern/style of the other existing framework guides 👍
