Describe your issue

I've been using the Headless UI ComboBox for a while and recently encountered an issue. When I place the ComboBox inside a Radix UI modal, the options dropdown is expected to appear over the modal. However, it's not behaving as expected and stays positioned relative to the modal instead. Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening? Am I missing something?

I am not able to access the codesandbox link, while this is potentially not as feasible, if you use Headless UI's Dialog then it should work together.

The Combobox Options are typically rendered in place, however if you are using the anchor prop, then we will position it correctly and the options are rendered in a portal we render. More info on how to position things: https://headlessui.com/react/combobox#positioning-the-dropdown

If that doesn't work, can you provide a minimal reproduction repo I can clone?
