@cyberhorsey i am opening this PR because of the race condition in: #13439 , basically the lint-pr job is failing, i believe, because we need to first merge in the change that updates the workflow file. i'm also updating release-please to add this to our changelog release.
we can merge this in, and then rebase your PR against main.
