Proxmox fix + pci passthrough

When i installed Proxmox it would crash as soon as i enable IOMMU as per this guide

After some testings, i got it stable by placing this:
intel_iommu=on iommu=pt on  /etc/default/grub

Now it's a lot more stable and i can even run unraid as a VM
