Missing release v0.96.1 on Open VSX

Expected behavior

Hi,

Maybe I'm too impatient, but I miss release v0.96.1 on Open VSX 😅

Actual behavior

The pre-release indicator shows version 0.96.1, but the latest downloadable version is 0.96.0.

Glad to see someone noticed! 😄

Unfortunately, the release pipeline to Open VSX broke, (looks like I forget to bump the Node version when I did it everywhere else...).

What I'll most likely do is aim for another smaller bug fix release before the end of the month and the version on Open VSX will skip 0.96.1 and jump straight to 0.96.2.

If you really want to try 0.96.1, it should be possible to grab the *.vsix file from the release page and install it manually 😄
