Add option to switch between dark and light style

Dark style is the default color mode of pyqtgraph.

Currently, light mode is chosen by default. However, by changing a global configuration option, the user should be allowed to easily switch to dark mode.

Lines colors profiles will possibly need to be adjusted accordingly.
