Data picker for 2D plots

Enabling this option should reveal a crosshair with which a given point on curve can be picked. After picking the location, coordinates corresponding to that location are to be shown right next to the picked location. Already labeled points can be dragged to other location along the corresponding line, leading to a corresponding changing coordinate label.
