The app will at some point want permission to

  • Know it's own IP so that when you serve publicly, you can tell people the IP.
  • Run Bonjour for pyinthephones to advertise and find each other.

These permissions are gotten in the process of installing an Android app package, issue [https://github.com//issues/1]. Maybe there are other ways.
