Add fire-side chats

On the sime direction with #16: how about fireside-chat talks ?
Some companies attend with several engineers, i.e. local.ch - they can be all on the scene and getting questions from the audience. Or create a fireside-chat on topics, i.e. opensource or design

Or more generally a panel of speakers where people can ask any kind of question. If we are unable to get a few engineers from the same company, some people on stage could still give interesting answer 😄

Well we could have done with Spotify having the VP, iOS and Android Engineer... let's see if we can make it for the next year. :)
