[ENHANCEMENT] Add Expansion Guide PDF links to Setup Helper

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The feature request is not related to a problem as much as it is an enhancement of the Setup Helper.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Helper is a great tool in getting ready for my playthrough. What might make it even better is if the generated readout included links to the corresponding Play Guide PDFs. The tool then helps me set up my game and also provides the exact instruction if / when further questions arise.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe embed the PDFs in the generated readout?

The PDFs have been provided along the way by Go On Board. Happy to help collect them.

I think that's a good idea! I'm not sure of locations where the PDFs are hosted and to get readable-in-browser PDFs for my website would be a few different things that I don't have set up quite yet. So in the mean time, I can try linking to somewhere else that has the PDFs hosted.

I believe GoB has them shared but via mega.nz, which is just a zip, afaik. Do you know of any other locations where the PDFs are hosted that I could link to?
