[ENHANCEMENT] Add page to track website improvement progress

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If there are users who are interested in reading the changes over time, there are a few disparate ways to do so, but none are very consolidated. Either a discord thread or by vague parsing of my github project timeline, which might be too high level and miss some of the smaller improvements I've made.

Add a new page, Changelog or Patch Notes, to website, with appropriate links to it within menu.

I'll probably just let github do the features and improvement tracking progress since I already put a good amount of time curing and ensuring that it stays (somewhat) up to date. It feels like it'd be duplicated effort to get the same outcome. But I'll leave this open in case I change my mind down the road.
