Allow omitting anonymization for records meeting specific conditions #70

Right now all data in specified tables is anonymized, and we can't, for example, preserve some specific customers data. It would be great to have some additional configuration for anonymize.yaml that would allow to add SQL conditions for records that should be omitted.
