@karthik has contributed a full set of R bootcamp lessons (#112). It is currently located in lessons/misc-r/full-R-bootcamp. With the new redesign (#118), these need to be moved somewhere in the r directory. This issue is to decide where in that directory they should be put. Here are three options. Please feel free to add additional ones.

To start the discussion, my opinion is that they should go into r/intermediate. All the other topics have separate novice and intermediate versions. Also, we have already put the recent lesson on data.table (#204) under r/intermediate/misc. My idea would be to have the subfolders of Karthik's bootcamp, e.g. functions, be placed directly under /r/intermediate. Any additional stand alone lessons would be put in their own subfolder in r/intermediate/misc like the data.table lesson.
