WSL2 ECP can't find gpu device

In WSL2, I have configured cuda, and docker has also configured nvidia's runtime. You can see in my snapshot that I can start a cuda container to execute nvidia-smi and display my 3080, but the ECP resource-exporter always Can't find my GPU
