the OAS is already 3.x for a long long time ago.

We as Golang users, we even not able to describe correctly passing cookie type parameters.
There are even security issues left over as open.

@ubogdan you left this just like it there?

@renchili This is not a gin-swagger issue.

Duplicated swaggo/swag#386.
