Possibly add illumos binary to release page

Illumos recently became a tier2 platform. Still, it would be much convenient for devs and sysadmins to have miniserve downloadable as binary instead of installing rust+cargo to install miniserve.

It appears cross doesn't have support for it yet. Tell you what, you make an issue over there and get support added and I'll add a build to miniserve. :)

I am a user and fan of miniserve, already using it on other platforms and wishing to have it on illumos when possible. I am not cognizant of programming or Rust ecosystem.
