Does someone have example main.db?

I know that Classic Skype doesn't exist anymore and mega-supernodes are offline, but just for fun, someone have example main.db file? Like tables exist, but they don't have any information in it?

You can make one with Skyperious - choose "Create a new Skype database" -> "Blank Skype database, populated with username only" - this creates a main.db with all the tables present.

Or if you have a Skype account, you can choose "Create a new Skype database" -> "From Skype online service, by logging in and downloading available history".

And one last question, maybe someone viewing this issue still has Skype 7/6 AppData? If yes, then please, send config.xml (remove Credentials3 and other sensitive data ofc), I am trying to launch offline session.
