go buffalo's pop CLI doesn't work on M1 stopping contributing from M1 mac's

Follow Contributing.md install guide

Expected behavior

Able to start contributing.

This can be closed, it just requires you to look into work arounds. They can be found on the internet and to my knowledge the contributing document it getting reworked soon too
