No bluetooth related permissions shown

Hi, I am somewhat puzzled.. would like to revoke some Bluetooth permissions from an app but can't find them neither in this app nor settings/permission manager. This is Android 11/Realme UI.. any idea?

@xandro0777 bluetooth permissions are asked everytime app wants to use it. Also, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION kind of permission is related to bluetooth as well as device gives location information from wifi, bluetooth etc.

For F-droid app I can see BLUETOOTH and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN permissions listed in out "Permissions manager" app.
But in the settings of Android OS, we are not able to control it to deny it. But this can change from device to device as manufacturers tweak these options.
