Evaluate separating harvesting from publishing concerns

If we do separate publishing do we expect to have a DAG for each dashboard, and to move data to the environment where it is published?

I think we've already created one other DAG related to publishing, so I guess we have considered this?

I would say this answer is yes, the harvest is going to be separate from the publish, right? And thus this can be closed?
