Broken pitch add/update in Phrase Maker with note or repeat blocks

If a Phrase Maker is created from note or repeat blocks, the user must be allowed to make changes, however, those shouldn't be reflected on the blocks and not be retained between sessions.

However, the add function is working: you can add new pitches, but they shouldn't be reflected in the blocks (which they are being).

Secondly, the change (clicking on the pitch value on the left column) function is producing broken behaviour (throwing exception).
