In this section, the application will be connected with SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition. This allows to have one central entry point to show all of your SAP BTP applications.

Open your Subaccount and search for Instances and Subscriptions.

Search for the application SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition and choose the icon to open it.

In the menu on the left side choose the icon for Channel Manager.

Choose the refresh icon to fetch the updated content.

Choose Content Manager in the menu on the left and choose Content Explorer button

Select the tile HTML5 Apps with your respective subdomain name.

In the table, set checkmark for your applications Risks and Mitigatons and choose the Add button.

Go back to Content Manager tab, choose Create button and select Group from the dropdown

Add the title Risk Management.

Find your applications Risks and Mitigations in the table. In that particular row Assignment Status switch toggle button to on.

Choose Save.

Go back to Content Manager and select Role Everyone.

Choose Edit button and find your applications Risks and Mitigations in the table. In row Assignment Status switch toggle button to on.

Choose Save.

In the menu on the left side navigate to Site Directory.

Choose button Create Site.

Enter the site name as 'RiskManagement Site' and choose Create.

Now, you are forwarded to your created site.

Navigate to Site Directory.

Find your created site and open it by choosing Go to site.

Test the Application

Open the Risks Application
Create New Risk

Choose Create button

Provide values in title, impact, prio, descr.

Choose value help icon to select supplier_BusinessPartner

Choose create button to generate new Risk
