$headline$ not working #7704

Im trying to do that for note titels lihe its stated in the docs:

"$headline$: Upto first 10 words of of a note headline"

But it only registers the first keypress and sets the Title; maybe 4 letters if i type extremely hyper fast, but in no way the first 10 words.

It works if content is pasted into a new note
