unordered_base: Fix compilation errors with CUDA backend #69

The range-based insert function as well as the new max_load_factor() function may fail to compiler when instantiated using the CUDA backend. Since there is no respective test at the moment, these issues have not been discovered earlier. Fix both of them. In the future, the coverage will increase so that such regressions will (hopefully) disappear.
