Describe the bug

Unable to navigate to the "tab groups" using keyboard.

Actual Result:
Unable to navigate to the "tab groups" using keyboard.

Expected Result:
Users can be able to navigate to the "tab groups" by using keyboard.

To Reproduce

  1. open the URL " Overview - Docs ⋅ Storybook (windows.net) " and click on Get started button.
  2. Navigate to the "tab list" in the left pane and expand it.
  3. Navigate to the controls" tab item and invoke it.
  4. observe the issue.

Seems like it's impossible to navigate to the contents of the addon panel, or at least to the JSON control. If anybody could contribute a fix, this would be a great accessibility improvement for Storybook!

@msftedad @shilman Can you please rectify the issue? How do you want the keystrokes to control the tab groups? Is it by using the arrow keys, or, assigning a unique key to each table node?

@prathammpurohit Arrow key would be more usable to navigate. Thanks
