Log file - too many open files

Expected Behavior

To be able to write log file

Actual Behavior

after 3-5 hours of normal working:
at GUI 5.1.0 i have information Error: EMFILE: too many open files, open LINK TO LOG FILE

wait few hours

at version 6.0.1 i didnt had this problem
but at version 6.1.0 this appeard again,
so for now im trying to do loggerVerbosity: 1 instead of loggerVerbosity: 3

After almost 3 days of normal activity I got this error.
