Lit Architectural Questions

• can we evaluate an UCAN invocation inside of a LIT action (and would we need UCANTO? is UCANTO too large?)
• do we need to somehow store spaces private key and involve the private key in the encrpytion/decryption process (we think no but not sure)
• how are they fetching CIDs from IPFS? Would they be open to opening up a fast path for CID fetching for access control conditions
• lit has a limit, we will need to symmetrically encrypt and then additionally encrypt the symettric key with LIT. how should we store these combinations of a encrpyted symettric key and a symettrically encrypted file on storacha?
• should we delegate capacity credit for lit from our ethereum address? (@prodalex question)
