Can you add mtime_o output

Hello,

I need to use system clock to synchronize and schedule actions, and maybe other people too.

Can you just add an "mtime_o" output which would be the value of "mtime_time" to export it, please ?

I am sure it could help and left open if unused. Not too much work ;-)

Interesting idea!
I always thought that one would use a processor-external timer if a global system time is needed, but maybe your idea is better suited for simpler medium-scale SoC setups.

So you suggest to add a new output port to the top entity, right?

With just a line like "mtime_o <= mtime_time;"

But I prefer ask you rather to try a pull-request just for that ;-)
