Greetings,

You may have seen an email I sent a few days ago with a similar title. I'll reiterate here just in case you missed it. If you have no interest, I completely understand.

I am a somewhat new Homebridge plugin dev. When I was first researching smart lights and integration with Siri, I found your plugin and decided to go with MagicHome as my smart lights. That's how I got my start in the world of IoT three years ago, through your plugin.

Over the past 6 months I have created a MagicHome plugin that has a fair number of active users. It's verified through Oznu's user interface. I update it weekly with bug fixes and resolve issues every day. You can take a look at it if you'd like (link below). It has a long, unwieldy name. I have put many hours into writing code, responding to issues, and making an overall good experience for this plugin and its users.

I would very politely like to ask if you would consider transferring the Homebridge-Magichome name on both NPM and GitHub to me. The reason I would even think to ask is because the last commit made to the Homebridge-Magichome repository was on October 31, 2016, four years ago.

If that is not something you would be interested in doing, I completely understand. If it is though, I'd be happy to bend over backwards to ease the process.

Please let me know and I look forward to hearing your reply.

Sincerely,
Zack

@Zacknetic Can you describe why you think your plugin is better suited for the default name if you will?
