What problem does your feature solve?

Stable/fast access to the full range(past and present) of network ledger tx meta for either blockchain network(pubnet/testnet) as S3 bucket files. This can be time consuming to (re)create that for localized usage, and monitor ledgerexporter for uptime.

What would you like to see?

All ledgers past and up to current/present time for a network(pubnet or testnet) are available as exported tx meta files on S3 bucket.

What alternatives are there?

manually running the ledgerexporter service locally to generate the tx meta files.
