Add full module path to tooltip

Having the module path easily available alongside the existing size values could be helpful, e.g. to exclude that module by adding it to ember-cli-funnel's exclude list: https://github.com/kellyselden/ember-cli-funnel#usage

Also, it will be nice to have "table" view for all funnel-excludable items.
