hocr_pdf breaks with reportlab 4.1.0 #10

Using reportlab>=4.1.0 breaks the hocr_pdf tool, as the text layer is not being generated any more.

Fixed thanks to ocropus#178 / https://github.com/MFEK/Mienai.ttf
