Sometimes input field is not disabled in View only channels #21817

There are no crear steps for reproduction. Sometimes input field is disabled as expected, sometimes it is enabled.

Steps:

Desktop Admin creates channel with View only permission for everyone
Mobile user joins community
Mobile user opens View only channel
See if input field is disabled

Actual result: sometimes input field is enabled. Sending messages results in error (see video below)
