Endless login if you try to login with migrated Keycard user with biometry on #21769

Bug Report

Problem

Reproduction

Create a user with biometry on
Migrate his Profile to a Keycard
Delete Profile from the app
Restore acc using a recovery phrase
Migrate Profile using Keycard from step 2
Continue flow after you saw your Keycard contains key pair of a current user
Do a logout
Try to login

Actual behavior

Biometrics check and then endless login

Expected behavior

User should be marked as a Keycard user on the Login screen
After biometrics check there should be a PIN and Keycard scanning step

Status version: nightly 06/12
Operating System: Android, iOS
