Make it possible to change the payout address in My Payment Details

User Story

As a user, I want to change my Ethereum address so that I can receive payouts at a new address.

Description

Type: Bug

Summary: I cannot change my Ethereum address on the My Payment Details page.

Expected behavior

I should be able to add a new address so it is my current payout address. Bonus: I should also be able to delete addresses I have added in the past but no longer use.

Actual behavior

I went to the My Payment Details page and I cannot change my Ethereum address. There is a drop down with two addresses I can select from but no way to add or remove addresses.

Reproduction

Go to the My Payment Details page. If you already have a payment address set, notice that you cannot add a new address or delete any of the old addresses.

Solution

Summary:

• Add a button to add a new address
• Add a button to delete old addresses
