SOB's header inconsistencies

The header presents several design inconsistencies, depending on which section the user is navigating:

To solve:
1- Different logotype treatment (logo and isotype are different)
2- Different position and order of navigation options (Activity, Open Bounties, Manage Bounties)
3- Different sizes for “Log in” button
4- SOB Logo is not clickable when Activity or Open Bounties are selected #377
5- “Bounties” vs “Open Bounties” labels are different after login in

Expected behavior
1- To have the same logotype no matter the section the user is navigating.
2- To have navigation options in the same position no matter the section the user is navigating.
3- To maintain the same size for "Log in" button
4- To have #377 solved
5- Consistent labeling
