Showing up webpage incase of issues

• Remove Terminal Launch instead use Webpage display only incase of errors
• Add help for user

ideas for this is that if we have no config or issues we open a generated web page with instructions.

Those instructions could even have ide:// based links to configure starfix. i.e. ide://config?editor=emacs&clone=~/code which when clicked launches startfix and set that config.
