Unable to connect by thunderbird

Hi,
I just installed stalwart on my server. According to the docs, I just open some essentials port ( 25 , 993 , 465 , 443) . This is my setup
Nginx config

I created a cloudflare DNS-01 challenge and it created a subdomain for verification successfully. I see the status of the ACME is completed (in the log).

But when I tried to connect to my account using thunderbird, this is the error

I'm not sure what happen. This is the first time I tried stalwart but not successfully. Thanks so much for your help

I fixed by not using nginx, I use iptables
