Implement logic to delete contact

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Implement logic to delete contact from state
Implement logic to delete contact and chat from device db
Implement logic to delete messages for contact in device db and LSP db

Acceptance Criteria

Implement logic to delete a contact from AddressBook and all elements associated so the contact doesn't show up again in the contacts list until it's added again
