Implement Chat Invoices UI and logic

Base branch: develop

Requirements

Build UI for invoices rows with all their states: pending, expired, paid (sent and received)
Build UI for invoice payments rows
Implement logic to send and pay invoices in a 1:1 conversation

Acceptance Criteria

Implements UI and logic to be able to send, receive and pay invoices inside chats
