Description of feature

A generic set of example documents and policies for users to demo STACKL.
These should be easy, generic, non-trivial, and comprehensive of the various features of STACKL.

Purpose of this new feature

To allow people to quickly experiment with and on STACKL and to be used for testing, independent on the environment they are starting from.
