Description of Bug

Cannot accept confirmation email link to change email

Steps to Reproduce

Go to StackBlitz account settings
Click on Emails
Add a new email
Confirmation link sent
Clicking on the link in the email sends me to a 404
Resending the link does the same
See error

Expected Behavior

I should add a second email to my account.
