Moving some issues into #60 that we had kind of informally downscoped from this ticket a while ago, but never got around to removing from this epic.

The initial MVP is finished. There are a few follow-up epics:

• [UI] Show Cluster Details #60 tracks the implementation of the cluster detail views (already mentioned above)
• Tracking: Stacklet Creation Flow #62 tracks the implementation of the stacklet create flow
• tracking: Include Cockpit in next release #77 tracks the addition of Cockpit into the next release and the required work to accomplish that
